How It Works
Discover
After a discovery call to determine your needs, I will create a design proposal outlining project scope, steps, and a price based on the number of hours I estimate the project will take. Once you make an initial deposit, we can get started!
The steps I take will depend both on your needs and budget. In the best case scenario, I will start with user research to discover the needs of your target audience. Designing to solve the real problems of users is the best roadmap for success!
Define
We can then define how we will meet the needs of users and your business goals with the design. This phase involves steps such as user stories and user flow diagrams.
Design
I use Figma to create my design. As we move from wireframing to high-fidelity design, I will keep you updated and provide opportunities for feedback and revisions to ensure that you are satisfied.
Deliver
Ideally, I will prototype and conduct user testing to uncover usability errors and ways to improve the design before development, but this depends on your budget. When my design is ready for handoff, I will ensure that the Figma file is clearly organised and annotated so that your developer can efficiently bring it to life. I am also happy to work with your developer during the development process to ensure a high quality and error-free outcome.
Cost
